We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We want to make it easy. No authorization is required when making a return or exchange.
Returns or Exchanges by Mail
- Download, print out, and complete the Return and Exchange Form (PDF, 40 KB).

We suggest either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Winters Gone FastExchange
For the fastest service call customer service at 800-645-0188 to request a FastExchange. We'll place an order for your new item right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but we'll waive the shipping and handling charge for the new item. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the new item.

Canadian and Other International Returns or Exchanges
Fill out the Return and Exchange Form (PDF, 40 KB) to include with your return. Please note that duties and mailing fees may vary by country.
Return Policy
- Returns or Exchanges must be made within 90 days of original purchase.
- Original Sales Receipt required for cash or credit refund.
- No refund or exchange of special order items with size or design modifications.
Restocking Fee
A 5% Restocking Fee is charged on all return items.
